Mikrobiologie bestimmen. Als Testpopulation haben wir bisher ein Umweltisolat verwendet. Eur. Kap. 5.1.3 Pr\u00fcfung auf ausreichende Mikrobiologische Konservierung<\/strong>) durchgef\u00fchrt. Bei Bakterien wird eine log Reduktion von 3 gefordert. Die Anforderungen werden erf\u00fcllt. Bereits nach 4 Stunden sind keine aktiven Keime mehr vorhanden (siehe Tabelle). <br \/>Die log Reduktion bezieht sich auf die Konzentration zu Anfang (t<sub>0<\/sub>). Zus\u00e4tzlich bestimmen wir die Differenz [log Reduktion (OxyCat\u00ae) \u2013 log Reduktion (Referenz ohne OxyCat\u00ae)] um zu zeigen, wie sich die Keimzahl in ungesch\u00fctztem Wasser
